 Seagry is an Outstanding pre-school offering child initiated play for two to five year olds in a safe, calm and stimulating environment. The pre-school occupies two of the primary school's rooms and benefits from a large part of the wonderful school grounds, although the pre-school operates independently of the school. There is an excellent child/staff ratio with a maximum of sixteen children in the setting at any one time which ensures that individual children's needs are met and nurtured. The pre-school was inspected by Ofsted in November 2009 and was graded Outstanding. Our Ofsted report is available on-line at the OFSTED official site and also on our resources page. Here is a short quote from the report: "Overall, children are having an exceptionally good time in the pre-school as they learn skills for the future, negotiating in their play, making choices for themselves and actively contributing to their learning. Staff are also kind and caring and spend time making sure that children are learning and achieving to the best of their ability."
